- House Bill 559 (Isaacson) – Establishes a new definition of previously licensed location, allowing the PLCB to consider these locations as new and to meet proximity requirements if the location was not used as a licensed business in the past three years or more
- Amendment A04651 – Aligns ready-to-drink cocktails with the TTB authorized standards of fill, increases the cap on PLCB hearing examiners, clarifies that the PLCB can sell zero alcohol and/or less than one-percent alcohol products and provides for a one-time inter-municipal transfer of a license within five years.
